Oven Loader

The oven loading unit consists of a slat type in feed conveyor and a pusher mechanism. When a row of pans reaches the loader and is in positionthe pusher bar will push the row onto the oven grids or belt. The loaderis controlled by proximity switches or and photo-cells.The loaders are fitted with a frequency invertor to control the speed on the drive motors.

Oven Unloader

The unloader is of the roller type having a number of rows of rollers spread out equally across the unloader width, which run at the same speeds as the oven conveyor.
The product emerges from the oven and passes onto rollers which have a motor drive. When the row of pans reaches the chain conveyor at the end of the unloader and is detected by a photo cell, the conveyor lifts up to the height of the pan conveyors and speeds up thus transferringthe row of pans onto the pan conveyor. All unloaders are fitted with a frequency invertor to control the speed on the drive motors.
