CONVEYORS

Pan Conveyors

Pan Conveyors are used to transport pans within the bakery. Pans are normally transported from the oven to the required position. Whether you use pan conveyors to transport the pans to the depanner, moulder or back to the prover, pan conveyors create a systematic flow in the bakery.

The main frame of the pan conveyors are constructed from Stainless Steel. The legs are mild steel galvanised. The slats on the conveyors are Stainless Steel. Slat band conveyors are ideal for pans as there is less wear and tear on the pans.

             

Lids Conveyors

Lids Conveyors are used to transport lids from the Delidder to the lidding area.

The main frame of the pan conveyors are constructed from Mild Steel. The legs are mild steel galvanised. CC chain is used for lids.

Bread Conveyors

Bread Conveyors are used to transport pans within the bakery. Bread is transported from the depanner to the cooler or packaging area.

The main frame of the pan conveyors are constructed from Stainless Steel. The legs are mild steel galvanised. Food Grade plastic beltsare used as the carrier on these conveyors. These plastic belts are hygienic and easy to clean.



Dough Conveyors

Dough Conveyors are used to transport dough. Usually from the Divider to the Rounder and from the Intermediate/First Prover to the Moulder, or anywhere else that dough needs to be moved from one position to another.

The main frame of the pan conveyors are constructed from Stainless Steel. The legs are mild steel galvanised. PVC food grade plastic belts are used as the carrier on these conveyors.
